The small print, in plain words

• ·Every clinic starts with 14 days free. No card, and no subscription is created until you choose to continue.
• ·Doctor seats are billed. Front desk, nursing, pharmacy, accounts and clinic admin logins are free at every plan.
• ·Top-up credits expire one year from the day each top-up is added, and each top-up carries its own clock.
• ·Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and run to the end of the month paid for. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• ·Support: email answered within 4 working hours on both plans. Advance gets priority onboarding.
• ·Hospitals, groups and inpatient wards are priced by agreement — talk to us.
