Cookies Policy

This website (rappel.health)
The marketing site you’re on now sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie you may see here is set by Cloudflare Turnstile, the anti-bot check on our contact form — it’s strictly necessary to stop automated spam and is only set when you interact with that form.
Staying signed in to the application
When your clinic uses Rappel Health, a strictly necessary cookie keeps you signed in between page loads so you are not asked for your password every time. It carries no tracking data and is not readable by page scripts or by other sites. Blocking it signs you out; it does not protect your privacy, because there is nothing in it to protect you from.
Product analytics inside the application
Once signed in, a product-analytics cookie tells us which screens clinic staff use and where they get stuck — never to build an advertising profile. Patient content is excluded by design: on-screen text is masked and form fields are not captured. The provider processes this outside India. This applies to the application only, not to this marketing website.
No advertising cookies
We don’t run ad networks, retargeting pixels or cross-site trackers on either the website or the application.
Managing cookies
Your browser lets you block or delete cookies at any time. Blocking the two session cookies inside the application will sign you out and stop you from staying signed in; blocking analytics does not affect anything you can do in the product.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes; the version in force is always the one posted here, dated at the top of this page. See also our Privacy Policy for how the underlying data is handled.
